  • Birth Doula

    The Birth Doula package encompasses total doula support.

    From the first prenatal through the delivery, I am there to answer any questions, provide advice, and support you. Massage and pain management techniques are used. We go in-depth with partner training and support both during labor and postpartum. A thorough lesson on breastfeeding and assistance with nursing is provided once the baby is delivered.

    This service includes prenatal visits, continuous labor, and delivery support, and postpartum visit.

  • Virtual Birth Doula

    Whether you are a remote client or cannot find a local doula, you can still have support!

    Virtual services allow me to interact in the Labor & Delivery room or at home! Using video conferencing on computers or mobile devices, I can help in unsure situations. Perfect for hospital visitation restrictions.

  • Postpartum Doula

    Whether you’re a first-time parent or expecting baby number 5, you may need an extra hand when the new baby arrives. I am trained to help you ease into parenthood (or into being a parent of 5) by providing feeding support, postpartum healing tips, babywearing education, sibling support, meal prep, and light housework.

    Do you need a Doula just for labor and delivery? Look no further. I am there once you feel like you need me or your water breaks. I will provide pain management support and labor support.

    This is the perfect option for expectant moms and the support team to gain information and ask questions!

  • HypnoBirthing

    The HypnoBirthing® program is built around an educational process that includes special breathing, relaxation, visualization, meditative practice, attention to nutrition, and positive body toning. Most importantly, it fosters an air of mutual respect for the birthing family and the healthcare provider in a traditional healthcare system or an alternative setting.

    HypnoBirthing® Classes are taught in five weekly, two 1/2-hour classes (in-person and virtual). If you are near your birthing time, we can discuss making special arrangements for individual classes with you.
